How often will we meet during the planning process?
For full-service planning, we typically schedule monthly meetings, increasing to bi-weekly in the two months before your event. We're also available via email and phone between meetings.
Do you work with our preferred vendors?
Absolutely! While we have a network of trusted vendors, we're happy to work with your preferred vendors or help you discover new ones that match your style and budget.
What happens if you're sick on my event day?
We always work with a backup coordinator and have a detailed contingency plan in place. Your event will be fully covered by a qualified professional who is familiar with your plans.

Do you help with wedding dress shopping and fittings?
While we don't provide direct styling services, we can recommend trusted bridal boutiques and stylists, and help coordinate appointments and fittings within your planning timeline.
Can you help with destination weddings?
Yes, we have experience planning destination weddings. We can help with location scouting, travel arrangements, local vendor coordination, and managing the logistics of a destination event.
Do you help with rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches?

What is your booking process?
After our initial consultation, we'll provide a detailed proposal. Once you decide to move forward, we require a signed contract and deposit to secure your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy includes a non-refundable deposit and a sliding scale for refunds based on how far in advance the cancellation occurs. Detailed terms are provided in our contract.
