Coffee Chat

Congratulations on your engagement! Let the fun begin! First, we’ll set up a time for a quick chat over coffee. This can be over the phone or on zoom, but there will. be. coffee. I might even send a fun surprise your way before our chat.  I want to get to know you and your partner, understand your vision, learn what you are most excited about, and we’ll get real honest about what is keeping you up at night when it comes to wedding planning. We’ll figure out if I’m “your person”. Ugh Meredith Grey, don’t leave us!

Let the magic unfold

So we vibed, and you came to the brilliant realization that I’m “your person”. The proposal has been sent and accepted, and now we finally get to meet! This is one of my favorite parts of the process. Call me old-school, but there’s something different about getting to know a couple (and possibly their moms) in person. I will get to work RIGHT AWAY checking off all of the must-do’s on that lengthy wedding planning to-do list. Don’t worry I won’t leave you high and dry. We’ll be talking, collaborating, and checking in regularly along the way.

Finally time to finalize

While the excitement builds closer to your wedding, so do the final details that need to be completed prior to the big day. No need to panic at this point. I’ve got you. First, we’ll meet to finalize all of the amazing, custom, personalized details. Then, I’ll follow up with all vendors, we’ll tour the venue to finalize layout and seating charts, we create the timeline of your wedding day, and complete any other last details before the big day.

The day has arrived!

It’s here! Your role on this day is to ENJOY EVERY SINGLE MINUTE and worry about NOTHING. My role is to take care of EVERYTHING. I will be there bright and early with the timeline, floorplans, and the wedding day emergency bag.  Don’t worry about it…it’s one of those “hope we don’t need but be ready in case” type of situations. I will handle everything we’ve discussed (and then some) so when you walk into that venue you don’t have to wonder or worry about anything. You’ll simply get to enjoy the beautiful details that we previously discussed, and take it all in.
